Breville: Great Coffee Made Simple
Growing a nation of at-home baristas.
Challenge
Breville asked us to launch their new Barista range coffee machines into the market, captivating coffee lovers who lack the confidence to brew at home.
Strategy
As we approached the first lockdown we discussed the opportunity to bring the launch of our coffee machines forward, given the demand for a caffeine fix was still there but there was limited supply.
We approached some media owners who were struggling to shift inventory and settled on Sky AdSmart. We built an integrated On Demand and Social ad campaign promoting the new range of coffee machines exclusive to Currys (instore and online).
We had to be agile with content creation, repurposing our more functional Amazon content for TV and social, reframing it to appeal to amateur at-home baristas.

With the campaign platform 'Great Coffee Made Simple', we created a suite of assets that spoke to consumers across multiple touchpoints, pushing Breville to #3 in the UK espresso market.
