Culture

Happy people make better work. We set the bar high for output, but we treat our people right, and we always put that first. We like to work with people who do the same. We actively encourage our people to bring their whole selves to work and why shouldn’t they?

That’s why Hannah Shelley one of our team assistants has launched an i-Network called RISE. A group of people who stand to make our business a more inclusive place. The RISE i-Network collaborate with our RDI council. First on the agenda is hiring a Diversity officer. It is also why Melody Sylvester our Head of Film has been spearheading our sustainability agenda - a passion outside and now inside of work too.
It’s also why Dave Dearlove, has been given the space to explore a future career as a director because why should he have to choose writing over directing?

And, it’s why our head of creative technology Kim Lawrie has felt comfortable and confident to launch a neurodiversity network driving deeper awareness across the industry. It is no surprise Kim won next generation leader at the women in tech awards this summer. We are
proud of our people.


Ambition

We are a restless bunch when it comes to doing right by our clients and making great work. We don’t believe in complacency, only in the craft of creativity. Which is why this year we have been shortlisted as ‘The UK’s Most Creative Agency’ by Creative Circle. It would mean a lot to us to win.
